Massachusetts is a great place for hiking. Not only does the 100-mile
Midstate
Trail run right through town, but the nicest place on the trail, Mount
Watatic, overlooks the town. Mount Watatic is the start of the 21 mile
Wapack
Trail. The trail follows the ridge northward to Pack Monadnock (which
has an old auto road to the summit; look for Miller State Park).
If anyone has some good pics or links, gimme a shout, and I'll include
